What do you like best about Acodis?

We are using Acodis to extract the Bill of Materials (BoM) from enterprise IT contracts so that we can benchmark pricing. The Acodis platform makes it super simple to map a dizzying variation in BoM formats into a single schema. We do all of this through the Acodis API, which allows us to easily integrate the service into our Enterprise SaaS application. Their support team is very responsive. What do you dislike about Acodis?
