<p>Hi everyone!</p><p>I’m currently exploring experience management tools to help streamline how we gather and act on customer, product, and market feedback. After spending some time going through G2’s top-rated platforms, I’ve shortlisted a few options that seem promising:</p><p><a href="https://www.g2.com/products/birdeye/reviews" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Birdeye</strong></a> – Known for managing reviews, customer communications, and online reputation—especially useful for local and multi-location businesses.</p><p><a href="https://www.g2.com/products/reputation/reviews" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Reputation</strong></a> – A robust platform for tracking reviews across multiple platforms, with strong analytics features.</p><p><a href="https://www.g2.com/products/qualtrics-strategy-research-formerly-corexm/reviews" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Qualtrics CoreXM</strong></a> – A well-established player offering extensive capabilities across enterprise feedback and research.</p><p><a href="https://www.g2.com/products/experience-com/reviews" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Experience.com</strong></a> – Helps automate review collection and reputation management for mid-market and enterprise users.</p><p><a href="https://www.g2.com/products/dynamics-365-customer-voice/reviews" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Dynamics 365 Customer Voice</strong></a> – A Microsoft product focused on collecting feedback and surfacing insights within the Dynamics ecosystem.</p><p>These all seem to bring something unique to the table—some are better suited for CX, others for research or product feedback.
