The best thing that I can tell you is to go to Symposium every fall. That gives you great information about how to use the platform. If you are on their mailing list (i.e. Sitecore Certified), you will usually get an invitation for a webinar about once a month. These are usually more marketing focused than developer focused, so that might be exactly what you are looking for.
