Teams is free to use, but full functionality (like meeting recordings, larger meeting capacity, and advanced admin tools) requires a Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise subscription.

For Microsoft Teams, you'll want to have the Teams app on your computer or mobile device. It's like your gateway to the virtual office. You can download it from your app store or the Microsoft website. If you're on a computer, it works with Windows and Mac. And for mobile, it's available on both iPhones and Androids. Just install the app, log in with your work account, and you're ready to chat, meet, and collaborate with your team. It's your all-in-one workplace tool!

To use Microsoft Teams effectively, you typically need the following software and components: Microsoft Teams Application: You can download and install the Microsoft Teams desktop application, which is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Alternatively, you can use the web version of Teams through a supported web browser without installing any software. Mobile Apps: Microsoft Teams has mobile apps for iOS and Android devices. You can download and install these apps on your smartphones or tablets for on-the-go access. Optional Add-Ons: Depending on your organization's needs, you may require additional Microsoft 365 services or add-ons, such as SharePoint for document sharing, OneDrive for file storage, and other integrated apps for enhanced collaboration. Microsoft Account: You need a Microsoft account or a work/school account provided by your organization to sign in and access Microsoft Teams.
