What is the process to downgrade from Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?

What is the process to downgrade from Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS easily and seamlessly without any errors or issues, in case, one does want to do so if found 20.04 troublesome? Does Ubuntu 18.04 have a dark theme now, by any chance, other than the "Night Light On" feature?

Your required downgrade mainly depend upon what software you use under Ubuntu. Any compilation? Any servers - Apache / MySQL / etc Any graphic application? Games / Video Chat / Videos / etc? Other than the software you use above the Ubuntu OS, Ubuntu can be downgraded if you have a clear separate home partition.
