What is the best way to use Wordpress to its fullest capability.

I used a YouTube video but kind of customized it to my needs. It's super simple but don't let the length of the video fool you. I used this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cbvZf1jIJM which is about 1.5 hours but I spent the better part of 6 hours actually getting it set up. Well Wordpress for a blog is a great way to write a blog and add media . It doesn’t mean you don’t have any option other than wordpress for me its easy. I normally update/upload the media First and then I paste the content which I have normally written in Notes and then I insert photos from the wordpress gallery. That’s the easiest way for me. And dont forget to edit post options.
