The question is a bit vague. I'll assume that you are asking about reviewing tasks in Trello, since this is the Trello Q&A. I think the easiest thing is to use a combination of deadlines and watching. By adding yourself as a watcher on a task assigned to another member of the team you will be notified when they update the item. You can also see tasks with deadlines that have expired.
In terms of the actual review of the work associated with the task, this, of course, is done outside of Trello. Once you've reviewed the expected results of the task, you can add comments to the item in Trello, create a new task as a defect, or accept that the task is complete and move it to the appropriate list in your workflow. I think the key here is using standard best practices for project management and I advise using Trello as a Kanban board.

The Best way to review the task is to do the needful below:
1) When the task was assigned to you, write/note down the assigned date and submission date (Prepare the Timeframe)
2) Add details and make a checklist according to the timeframe
3) Keep the Note infront of your eye like PC/Laptop/Workstation/Toilet so that as much as you see the Note for example in Sticky yellow pads, you are clear about the Impletion time and deadline for submission
4) After finally checking and tick marking all the checklist while you prepared the plan, submit before the deadline.
Thanks.
