I like the fact that I can see if someone is online. I can also transfer files to them quickly. But I guess the best feature is being able to quickly look at their information and call them.

Collaboration across a wide area (ours is statewide.) I am able to view availability and chat as needed. Though ours is blocked, it also allows users to share screenshots and collaborate in that way as well.
