What is Orcatec used for?

It's a great tool mostly for field service companies and it covers more features, actually. I use it for dispatching my guys, managing and assigning work orders and I also do invoicing and accounting through it. They also have messaging capabilities which is awesome. So for me it replaced couple of different softwares I used before and keeps everything in one place.
