What technical resources are available to me? That is a very broad question. I have been a very satisfied user for over 20 years. They have LIVE support for 9 hours per day/5 days per week by knowledge people in the US, not recordings or non English-speaking automatons. Their list of Training Videos and Webinars is also very extensive. There is a quick link on the ribbon to access the Knowledge Base. There is a link to download Online Grids from common US and International data bases, and instructions on how to add additional sources. All you have to do is have an idea of what you want to do.
