Hi Marty, It depends on what kind of meetings do you hold. If they're internal business meetings you'd need Webex Meetings with 5 Named User licenses for hosts. Other users (participants) don't need any licenses. Though, if you do webinars or products' presentations for external people/clients you'd need Webex Events. This option provides you with additional features. For example possibility to setup a registration form for participants, better management of the meeting thanks to additional participants profiles: moderator, presenter and attendee, and more. Webex Trainings has some more options to facilitate trainings and Webex Support is a tool for helpdesks. Best, Maciej.
