PayPal Is NOt Returning USD 40,000 they kept for 180 Days After account suspension

After my account was frozen, PayPal has taken the entire money frozen in my account. No communication and no emails about the money stolen. When I enquired - I got an auto-generated email NO explanation given, no emails sent. The amount is GONE........ Have any of you gone through this? EMAIL I understand that your funds were not withdrawn to your bank account after 180 days. This is because if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), we may debit your PayPal account up to $2,500 USD for each such violation and may take legal action against you to recover additional losses we incur. We have debited $ XXXXX USD from your PayPal balance towards the violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). When you accepted the PayPal User Agreement you agreed that $2,500 USD per AUP violation is a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal's actual damages, considering all currently existing circumstances, including the relationship of the sum to the range of harm to PayPal that reasonably could be anticipated because, due to the nature of the violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, actual damages would be impractical or extremely difficult to calculate. PayPal may deduct such damages directly from any existing PayPal balance in any PayPal Account you created, own and or control. The specific activities that may subject you to an assessment of damages by PayPal can be found in the Acceptable Use Policy. You can also refer this link for your reference:- https://www.paypal.com/in/smarthelp/article/where-can-i-find-the-paypal-acceptable-use-policy-faq998?app=searchAutoComplete It is my pleasure to assist you. Thank you for choosing PayPal.

https://drift-hunters2.co game is a great racing game on the web platform, developed by Studd Games. The game allows players to customize and upgrade their cars to participate in drift racing on different roads. In the game, players can choose from a variety of vehicles and make a variety of changes, such as customizing the vehicle's color, enhancing the engine, and upgrading the steering system. Players can control their car with the keyboard or the handle to perform drift phases, overcome opponents and achieve high scores. Outside

PayPal is not the panacea of trouble free money transfers. On more than one occasion PayPal emptied my bank account. I did get my money back once I noticed the problem, however the damage was done. I had to pay three separate NSF charges. My bank, the Scotiabank was good about the issue and set me up with a new account with no fee. They had the proof right before them.

I had 0 disputes in 180 day hold period and overall 99.3% success in selling. My account was limited and all my funds. ~$1800 were taken without any email or any notification! Paypal did not incur any loss and even if they did. Where is the receipt and proof? They just emptied my account and left me penniless. I called them for settlement, they said they'd reach me. What should I do now?
