Refund Policy

My company implemented Mouseflow about a year ago for session replay. We've paid 1,400 to them for nominal usage, and this month when they raised prices by about 30%, we decided not to keep the service. It renewed on a weekend, and on Monday we sought to cancel, but they wouldn't refund our services or even prorate because of their policy. We intended to cancel a few times, but there aren't any renewal reminders, they just charge, so we missed the window a few months in a row. While I understand proration is a choice, it seems like a poor choice to deny a refund on the first business day of a new cycle. Now we're looking for alternatives to Mouseflow, and finding a bunch. Has anyone else found a good replacement for Mouseflow?

Let me start off by saying that we appreciate having you around, and while you didn't choose to stay with us after our price adjustment, we appreciate your business with us. Our automated email system notifies our customers when there is new account activity, like credit refills that coincide with your billing date. We are sorry that the notifications did not meet your expectations, but I hope you can understand our position when enforcing our refund policy. Having said so, we've reviewed your case and issued a one-time refund. We wish you luck in your hunt for an alternative, and rest assured that we will be happy to welcome you back if you change your mind...But remember that as you switched to our Free Forever Plan you can continue to use Mouseflow :).
