Is there any reason why smartlook would not record some portions of the user session?

In one of the support items, our team member reached out to you to debug why the session did not have a particular action. Our team did not provide the url which was accessed by the user since it was confidential. We wanted to know if there is anything else we could understand from you on these cases in future.
