Miro is undeniably a powerful and versatile platform that excels in various aspects, making it a preferable choice for many users. Its collaborative features, extensive collection of templates, and user-friendly interface contribute to a seamless and efficient visual collaboration experience. Miro's real-time collaboration capabilities allow teams to work together remotely, fostering creativity and productivity. The platform offers a wide array of pre-designed templates for various use cases, from brainstorming sessions to project management, which can save valuable time and ensure consistency in visual representations. Furthermore, Miro's user interface is designed with intuitiveness in mind, making it easy for both beginners and experienced users to navigate and create visually appealing content. Its integration with other tools and platforms also enhances workflow efficiency. While both Miro and mural have their merits, Miro's comprehensive features and ease of use make it a compelling choice for teams and individuals looking to enhance their visual collaboration efforts.

That is not a very simple question. Feature wise, template wise, community wise, app integration wise - Miro is the current leader. It has significantly more customers and is valued a lot higher. However, you have to look at what your team|customers and or stakeholders are using. There is a chance, that they have settled with a certain solution, and then it will be easier for you|your company to adapt the prefered solution. Another thing to consider: is the tasks that you are hoping to accomplish. In many ways you might not need the full functionality provided.
