The onboarding process takes 60 days. During this period, you’ll work closely with your dedicated Onboarding Specialist who will walk you through setting up the platform, train you on how to use it, and help you begin pre-selling it to your prospects. The onboarding phase consists of a number of training sessions, including the following:
- Kick-off & configuration
- Product training & implementation
- CRM migration
- 3rd party integrations
- Sales tools & resources
- Joint sales demos
If you are extremely diligent and work in the program immediately, the onboarding process takes no more than a few zoom calls with your rep. It is easy and informative. I completed my onboarding in three video conferences.
