At first it may seem hard to understand or classify all the data you get in Gong, as for me since this platform not only helps us record our customer interactions, it also keeps records of phone calls done in RingCentral (has some bugs and sometimes it doesn't keep track of them), but it also keeps track of possible escalations and/or cancellations. I've noticed that Gong also notifies you about a possible cancellation and provides an MRR recap for the accounts that are at "Risk", however, the amounts are wrong. Not sure if it's because of the way that our accounts are set up or which database they pull that data from, but if they work on it more then it has the potential to be a better tracking app.
