How do you search across categories?

When you go into Bloomfire, you are given the option to search by title or by category but when you search by category it doesn't not search other documents. It is a little of a pina because you could potentially miss out on your doc because it is located elsewhere. I think this is more user error than anything because we put things in different locations instead of having 1 standard file.
