How do you rate zoom for companies, what advantages does it offer?

Ease of use for botht the meeting originator and the participants.

Zoom is very good. I use it in teaching my classes because of the control it gives the host. Google Meet is a close second for me. Zoom allows you to use breakout rooms, so if you have teams of people or departments, it's easy to sort those people into their own rooms and, as host, you can drop in on each meeting individually. Zoom allows for webinar hosting as well, so you could set it up so that participants could only interact via chat rather than video and audio. That saves bandwidth if you have a large group. Just some thoughts.

I can only say that Zoom has worked for me in the meetings in which I have been engaged and also when I have gotten together with friends and groups of friends. Our business meetings are generally pretty simple and uncomplicated.

I agree with the comments that the Breakout Group feature is essential, and very easy for the moderator to use and the groups to understand. One feature that would be helpful for Breakout Groups would be an integrated timer, to remind groups to rejoin the main meeting. I do have concerns about its security. It is so easy to use because Zoom has developed a product that takes over a few of your computer's security settings for you. I agree that it creates a much improved experience for novices. However, it also creates potential concern for companies where your information is sensitive or could be a competitive advantage if one of your competitors got ahold of it. My recommendation is 9/10 for usability, but have your Information Security team review the product first before giving everyone at the company the go-ahead to use it.

Zoom is as secure as any that I have seen. It is child's play to use and very efficient as a communication tool. I would give it 9/10.

I am an educator. I started using "Zoom" during the pandemic and I just loved it!!! But, because of "secruity" breaches(which I never encountered)we were asked to use other "platforms" for our distant learning. Compared to the other "platforms" I used for "Webinars" and teaching my students-I choose "Zoom" 100%. I am going to rate "Zoom" a 10. It is educator as well as business friendly and the secruity in this platform is amazing!! Thanks, ZOOM.

Zoom is the best solution for videoconference, I use it frequently with screen sharing which is a very useful tool

ZOOM is very easy to learn and use. It does not take long to develop confident expertise.

It's a fantastic utility, comparable in my experience to GoToMeeting. I only wish that I could have known about the universal adoption in advance and possessed fluid capital at that time.

I would rate zoom 10/10. It has many advantages like security, privacy and non-lagging video conferencing. Different companies employee can login with their company's credentials known as SSO login and all business meetings are restricted to SSO login and cannot be attended with normal Gmail login.

I am an educator. It has been a great platform for our online learning session.

Zoom is great, used customer service and they got right to the problem. The stories my groups were reading were cutting off at the last pages. So the technician emailed me a screenshot in a timely manner and offered to keep doing it if I had a problem with another book. My kids were very pleased that they could read the last page before our Zoom Meeting was over.

it's great apps, help me to make meeting with my team. i believed, soo many apps had hacked before zoom But i really sure zoom know and made more security at this time. Because this is the best time to reach many more customer in good experience.

I use Zoom both for work and school and I have had no issues or complications with it.

Although the platform is very useful the timeout is very irritating! I have tried to purchase the Pro version but the system will not allow me!
