Hello Sol, Here's a few ideas how to tie everything together in SendPulse. First, let's see how you can get users into SendPulse in a way that enables multichannel flows. If you integrated SendPulse into your website or CRM and your contacts are transferred to SendPulse lists, make sure you transfer as much information about your customer as you need. That might include at least name, email, and phone number if you require your customers to provide a phone number. Then you can use Automation 360 to create any type of flows combine all channels, for example, SMS and email: https://sendpulse.com/knowledge-base/email-service/automation360/automation360-sms. Alternatively, there are multichannel subscription forms https://sendpulse.com/knowledge-base/email-service/mailing-list-recipients/create-subscription-form that will let you collect both phone numbers and emails. If you are using chatbots, you can have your chatbot ask for additional contact information, like a phone or email, and then create flows that include both chatbot messages and email or SMS. All in all, there is a number of ways to have a multichannel system. Feel free to book an demo at https://calendly.com/sendpulse-demo/oleksii and get more in-depth answers to your questions. Thank you!
