How do I download the information

Even once the event is closed after 3 months, any 1:1 messages and contacts exchanged will still be available for attendees to access on the mobile app. Event organizers also have the option to extend access to the entire event for up to 12 months, so attendees can continue to view the content and connect with one another. There is an additional charge for extending the event past 3 months in order to cover our cost to facilitate the data. We are also continuously working on improving the accessibility services for users with disabilities. - The Whova Team
