Unlike all other CCaaS providers, 8x8 owns native VoIP technology which enables us to include usage minutes with every license and allows us to manage, control, and continuously improve audio quality. Many providers exclusively rely on 3rd parties to provide the voice network preventing them including minutes and preventing them from controlling the quality of audio.
