How can I make calls available for playback more quickly?

At times, I would like to hear a calls playback either right away or very soon after. Usually, this is not a feature that is available. Is there a setting or a set up that would make this available?

You have a few options: * You can click "listen later" to put a call in your to do list (easily accessible on the mobile/web app) or have reps request feedback (if they're a manager). * If you want calls sent immediately - you can setup alerts to push calls that fit a certain criteria directly to you immediately, daily, or weekly.
