How can I get customer support to adjust the initial payroll entries and to read my reports?

The first 2 payrolls, because they were done late, needed a work-around in order to come up with the correct direct deposit to employees. SurePayroll recommended that all deductions including the payroll taxes are lumped together and the gross wages were recorded as reimbursements. As a result the YTD wages and taxes were incorrect and the 941 for 3rd quarter reported the incorrect wages, taxes and deposits. I opened a case regarding the need for adjustments, but nobody called me back yet.

Good luck getting a call back. Customer service is useless. They are great and giving you a "work around" and are never around when you need to correct their mess. Wish I had better news. I went with a professional company, I pay more money, but less headaches. They are the step child of Paycom and they are horrible.

I would go on their chat option & see what that representative says OR call their # before Christmas comes and they are closed so you can get some answers. I usually have luck reaching them either of those ways.
