How are changes made to the flows?
The beauty of ProcedureFlow is that it’s simple and intuitive to make changes and updates to flows.
If a user has permission to make changes to a flow, they pull a draft that is separate from the live version, make the change(s), and if it’s approved it will be pushed out live to all users.
You can set up who is able to make changes to flows based on that user’s individual settings, we have four levels:
Viewer- Unable to make changes
Contributor- Able to suggest changes, but all edits must be approved by someone else
Approver- Can create and approve changes made by others
Org Admin- Can create and approve changes made by others
