Gong has a proprietary speech-to-text engine that is hyper-optimized to sales conversations. It also adapts to each customer by learning its custom vocabulary (e.g., competitors) and more. In our internal tests, the Gong speech-to-text engine is significantly more accurate than off-the-shelf solutions like Google or Amazon. That said, machine learning based systems are still not 100% accurate so depending on audio quality, accent and such you can expect to see one out of 10 words being inaccurate; many of those inaccuracies do not affect readability (e.g., singular vs. plural, or similar).
