How can I take the backup what I AM CREATING FOR MY FUTURE WORKS.

You can Request Backup for a sheet by checking it and then using the Actions menu or you can right select the sheet to get the Actions menu. Or you can periodically save the sheet under a different name, such as name + date, which is what I typically do.

Each sheet has a backup option that you can scheduled for once or at a recurring time. Select the Sheet and on the ACTIONS button, there's an option to "Request Backup"
