The pre-sales engineer will get you up-and-running, normally on the first call. DO Make sure that you pay attention to the pre-requisites (i.e. 1) one or more VMs with access to the infrastructure to be monitored; 2) the credentials you will need to monitor the kit; 3) you best technical engineer on the call; and 4) the list of subnets you wish to be monitored, ideally in a spreadsheet. The pre-sales engineer will take you through the process of setting up and show you system features as they go. DO Pay attention - this is a great training session if you are ready to learn. You will then have the system in full operation for the trial period. Depending on your device count and the value of your business, this will be from 2 weeks to a month. DO spend this time evaluating the system. Your access will be removed the end of the trial period. DO understand that this is a sales process. LogicMonitor are not doing this for their health. They want you as a customer, so work with them. At the end of the process, you will want to be a customer too, so help them find the person with the budget/sign-off.
