If you fully host your website on HubSpot, you'll have SSL included. For eCommerce, there are easy integrations available (we like the one with BigCommerce) so that all of your store activity is monitored by HubSpot analytics and reporting, and there are many different lead nurturing options that can be set up, including those for abandoned carts. Although the store itself is not hosted on HubSpot, the integration options available make the experience seamless for your visitors, and easily managed by the website owner or webmaster.
