Do you have protection from losing your customers information?

I sometimes get nervous that Keeper could lose all of my password information. I have over one hundred and twenty passwords that I need to protect. I often feel the need to back up my information but I don't because there are so many. I need to feel safe.

Hey, David! We are so glad you are using Keeper to store so many passwords in a secure space! Because of Keeper's zero-knowledge architecture, we have zero access to your passwords, files, or vault. The only way to delete a password or file is if the user does so manually after they log in. If you are a paid user, your data is constantly synching and backing up between your devices, which meand as long as you remember your master password you will never lose access to your records. These are all paid benefits of Keeper. Thanks for your question!
