Do I need any specific training or certification to use SharpSpring?

During the first 60 days, you’ll work closely with your dedicated Onboarding Specialist who will walk you through setting up the platform, train you on how to use it, and if you are an agency, help you bring your clients on-board. SharpSpring offers an optional certification program for agency partners. You can elect to get certified online at your own pace. This is not required, but is a great way to learn how to use SharpSpring. At the end, you will receive a certification badge that will show your expertise to your clients and customers.
