Digital adoption platforms - what's the best option in 2025?

I'm trying to find the best digital adoption platform for my business. I've been browsing the category page on G2 and created a shortlist of products, but I want to narrow my scope down even more. I'm hoping that the G2 community can help me here!

WalkMe: WalkMe is a pioneer in the digital adoption platform space, offering comprehensive solutions for large enterprises. It provides sophisticated onboarding, training, and support automation tools that overlay directly onto any software. WalkMe’s no-code platform helps organizations drive user engagement, optimize workflows, and maximize technology investments through real-time insights and guidance.

Tango: Tango offers a unique approach to creating training walkthroughs. By capturing every step as users perform tasks, it allows for the rapid creation of in-app guides. This "Click-to-Create" AI feature simplifies the documentation process, making it accessible even for non-technical users.

UserGuiding: UserGuiding is a no-code platform that empowers product teams to enhance user activation and drive revenue growth. It offers a suite of tools to create and improve in-app experiences, facilitating superior self-service options that boost user adoption and reduce support tickets.

Product Fruits: Product Fruits is an AI-driven platform designed to enhance product growth. It provides tools for automatic user onboarding, engagement flows, and in-app guidance, all aimed at improving user experience and adoption rates.

Userpilot: Userpilot is an all-in-one platform tailored for Product and UX teams. It combines product analytics, in-app engagement, and surveys to enhance product adoption through powerful in-app experiences.

What do you think? I may swap out Product Fruits for Pendo...but I'm still on the fence.

I have been researching DAPs recently and have a very similar shortlist but with a few more additions: Walkme, Userpilot, UserGuiding, Pendo, and Whatfix. All seem to be strong DAP. Will share my detailed analysis of each product with its pros and cons in some time.
