When i vlookup on images it only shows the file name not the images i think because smartsheet has no image data type. IT will help the community for this also on making inventory system its important for having a picture of products for inventory management.

This question doesn't make sense. Do you want a "save as" image file? You can save any of these files as either a PDF or an XLS or Google Doc/sheet. Once you export to those programs, you can "Save as" an image file.
