Can't send reset password mail in wordpress 6.1.1

Since wp cerber is enabled, when I click on "Send a link to reset" I get an error message "Not allowed to reset this user's password". If the users go through the login screen and "forgot password" comes the error message that SPAM was detected (login screen of AR Member Lite). Anny ideas?

We are ALSO running AR member.... I’ve installed WP Cerber on an existing site. An old administrator is blocked from logging in, with the message “spam detected” in a red pop-up box. He can login when I disable WP-Cerber, but I do not see any record of the login-attempt on the traffic logs. Any idea?
