Can someone please provide info on each platform's tracking and message placement?
I understand clicks and engagement is the goal but I think there are differences in each platform.
I know Twitter well but I have a hard time understanding FB or In. I want to be better in these platforms but need more insight about them.
Thanks
Hi Roseann,
Happy to help.
Overall we reccomend sharing content where you are most comfortable and where you feel your audience is. With that being said, LinkedIn is where we find the majority of our users share content as it is where their business network is.
In regards to the metrics, clicks is a metric we track across all social platform, as it is a direct click on a link you have shared which will generate website traffic.
Facebook and LinkedIn are both great places to post content, and follow similarities to Twitter. The content you share will be comparable across all these social networks, there is no distinct need to differentiate between them if you are unsure.
My best advice, start sharing content to them and see how it performs. Just by sharing content on LinkedIn from DSMN8 you will be doing better than 9/10 other LinkedIn users!
