Can I also use this for recording 1:1 conversations with my manager during any coaching sessions?

Yes you can. As long as the meeting link and or phone conversation for your conversation with your manager is added to Gong then their recorder will join your meeting AND that meeting link software and or phone conversation is on a software Gong integrates with. In order for the meeting link to be added to Gong you and or your manager need to be a user of Gong and have a calendar sync setup. AND the meeting link needs to be in a calendar invite for the user of Gong. OR you can manually input the meeting link to Gong and set the time of the meeting, so the Gong recorder knows when to join the call.
