Being able to hear other Attendees on the meeting

What needs to be fixed or adjusted on my side so I can always hear all of the attendees in a meeting?

Hello. I am assuming that you are hearing some of the group but not all. The issue may not be on your end. If you have followed the other answers in checking your settings. You may have the user you can not hear do the same and check their settings.

Confirm that your phone is synced to Cisco. You need to join the meeting through your phone so then you will hear everyone

Navigate to the main application. Access the settings. Adjust the audio settings and configure your speaker.

You can do conference calling in jabber and everyone hears everyone at the same time, just like a normal phone call

Make sure your speakers or headphones are connected, check all volume controls. Your headphones or speakers may have their own volume buttons. Look for the speaker icon in your system tray to open and/or unmute.
