Why content is available sometimes only to iPad and not iPhone?

iPad has greater view capability due to the size of hardware, but not always connection is available, or iPad is at hand, so the app at your phone allows quicker access to the information and share as its more likely to have the phone at hand than the tablet, and more likely to have the phone with internet available than the tablet. It would be wise to ask the end customer what would be the primary use. If sharing is the main use of the story slab, then hardware with an internet connection is recommended.

Thanks Ronaldo for the question and feedback. We agree, iPads are great for presenting sales materials and iPhones are super convenient to look up materials on the go. Every app we build is specified by the company providing the app as to which devices are available. We looked up your user account and it looks like an iPad and an iPhone version are supported. Sometimes different sets of content are made available on tablets versus smartphones, if you are missing certain files, please contact your app administrator.
