Can you configure struggle scores based on a journey type

I would like to configure struggle calculation based on the journey type (booking a flight is not the same as checking for lost luggage for instance)

You can add a custom score - with the the relevant elements which are part of that journey. if the element is not there, there will be no score. its a workaround - but it works
