How to reduce time while opening large data workbooks of 800 MB

I work as a data analyst and have to encounter difficulty everyday regarding large data files of almost 800 MB and it takes quite a lot of time to open and my precious time is lost because of that if there is any shortcut to open data quickly kindly share

Just to be clear on something: I am COMPLETELY AGAINST having large data files for multiple reasons, data loss because of a faulty connection or hardware failure being the two main ones. If you are not considering creating multiple files and connecting them via primary/secondary keys, then I strongly advise you to either a) stop saving as XLS/XLSX and use XLSB instead (EXCEL BINARY), or, b) switch to XML. These are the only two propositions I can think of, short of switching to a SQL database.
