Would really like to be able to edit/insert signature with my work signature without the plug in for outlook- do it from the app ( amd with graphics)

Hello Sarah, I'm happy to confirm that you can have a personalized signature even when using Showpad's app, and not just when sharing through the Outlook Plugin. You can access email signature from iOS, Android, or the Web app, and deliver a more authentic and personalized message when sharing content with prospects. Prospects can access your contact information from within the shared content viewer. Using an email signature makes Showpad’s sharing experience similar to a classic email system. While there are some limitations, it should still be possible to get very close to what you have configured in Outlook in terms of email signature. Since I don't know on what platform you are currently running Showpad on, I would recommend having a look at this Help Center article - https://help.showpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011477434 - which will guide you step-by-step on how to set it up, depending on your platform of choice. Your Showpad admin can also help you set this up.
