Can customers upload content to shared spaces? If I transfer space ownership, can I still make changes?

Hi Maya, External participants invited to the Shared Space can edit their profile, view all content, comment on files, and invite other people. Uploading their own content is not possible. Regarding your 2nd question, by default, all internal participants to a Shared Space have the same permissions as the owner of the Shared Space. When you transfer the Shared Space, you can choose to remain an active participant, or to leave the Space entirely. Depending on this choice you will still be able to make changes or lose access to the Space altogether.
