Are we planning to enhance video/audio quality?

The quality of audio has always been my concern with cisco webex, will there be any rectification in future?

On the other part, please remember there are the: I call and enter the meeting, call me back (inputting your tel. line) and computer audio features and All with same approximately 24 bit audio/video performance depending on Internet connections, devices, technology, so on, Sharing this next: https://help.webex.com/en-us/ns63yvy/Health-Checker-for-your-Cisco-Webex-Meetings Best rewards

There are a lot of different ways that audio can be connected with Webex, so it's hard to answer your question without knowing your Webex setup w.r.t. audio. We had *horrible* experiences with Webex audio, initially, because we were using an audio conferencing provider that was *not* Webex. It was just not compatible. We made the switch to using Webex Audio, using audio through the computer, we had no further issues.
