What is the best way to highlight "buzz" words within a conversation or meeting?

If I wanted to understand what the hot topic of a given conversation was, how would I be able to pin-point the most discussed words in the conversation? For example, I would be curious to know how many of the conversations I'm having are highly discussing Office 365 to know whether or not to continue to bring a particular value to future conversations.

Hi Elexa! Searching for buzzwords like Office 365 across your client calls is a great use case to gather insights on frequency and trends on when it's coming up the most. In your example, you'd go to the Calls page and search for your name as the "Host" and then find "words." Type in "Office 365" (with no quotation marks) into words and by default that will pull in when that word was mentioned by either you or your prospect. Now you are filtering by all calls where this was mentioned but you can also slice the data by date range, type of call, or CRM stage, etc. Here is a supporting help center article that explains our filters in better detail: https://help.gong.io/hc/en-us/articles/360028271172-Filter-calls
