What is the best way to highlight "buzz" words within a conversation or meeting?

Hi Elexa! Searching for buzzwords like Office 365 across your client calls is a great use case to gather insights on frequency and trends on when it's coming up the most. In your example, you'd go to the Calls page and search for your name as the "Host" and then find "words." Type in "Office 365" (with no quotation marks) into words and by default that will pull in when that word was mentioned by either you or your prospect.
