Hi Raquel, here is some more information on Emoji use! Emoji is supported over SMS. To send an emoji, simply send the Unicode character for that emoji. Handsets will render the emoji using the handset’s native emoji themes. A chart of showing available unicode emoji can be found at: https://unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html Note that messages with emoji are Unicode messages and subject to the 70-character limit. Character Encoding Key Takeaways: -SMS messages can be encoded with either GSM 0.38 or Unicode. -Messages will be automatically broken up into chunks corresponding to the character encoding used. -GSM chunks are limited to 160 characters, Unicode chunks are limited to 70 characters. -Total maximum message size is 1600 characters on GSM, 737 characters on Unicode. -Any message containing even a single character not available in the GSM character set will be sent as a Unicode message. -Emoji can be sent using Unicode.

Hi Raquel, We do support this feature and emojis can be added and sent through inbound and outbound SMS. We're putting together a quick how to for you and I'll share it early next week!
