I think Socrative can already do this to some extent. You can set it to provide feedback after each question, and even multiple choice questions aren't required to have a right answer. So the feedback could just ask questions to help in the self-evaluation, and after that process a final answer sheet could be provided to the students. This wouldn't allow for immediate self correction though,
