I'd like to know more about how I can better utilize Gong myself

I've never been sure what I can do personally to better improve myself in my role. I'm not a big fan of sitting there and listening to calls, I've never really gotten anything out of that. I'm wondering what other features/benefits Gong has for an individual that wants to use it

Hi Derek! Have you taken a look at your call stats (e.g. talk ratio, patience, etc.). That could help you improve your skills quite a bit, and it would be a great place to start. I've also reached out to your company's CSM to get in contact with you, so you can get additionally training if needed.
