Trying to get help here is like pulling teeth

Well, I thought I had found the perfect solution but trying to get help is ridiculous. I did my free trial and had issues editing. At first, everything was working great. Then it suddenly stopped allowing me to edit. I was not even able to add in the speaker's names. Very frustrating. I am not sure if this is a common problem or just a fluke. But it took forever to find this page to even request help. You do not even have a live chat. Disappointing. :-(

I have also had trouble getting help. I sent this email to wecare@sonix.ai and have not gotten a response. I’m a somewhat happy Sonix user. I’m using it to transcribe interviews I do in Japanese. The transcriptions are pretty accurate. But I have trouble editing the transcriptions online. I’m using a Mac and the Mac Japanese input method. Using this online editing Sonix transcripts has proven problematic. Japanese is input using hiragana (a phonetic script), a popup menu presents a selection of characters. The characters can be selected using arrow keys or tab. The selection is then entered into the text by hitting enter. In the Sonix editor, hitting enter results in losing text and having the cursor jump to an unpredictable spot in the transcript. Is there anything I can do about this? Any way to work around this?
