How would teanviewer connect without a fast internet?

This tool must be connected to a good internet network otherwise it does not work properly, my question is how would that problem be solved if my internet is somewhat slow?

It does not work well if you have a very slow connection. I would try it first and see if it works ..use a free version to test.
