Can I use ManyChat to send out a chat blast through Messenger, to all my friends? How about blasting people in groups I belong to? My groups?

ManyChat is designed for Facebook Pages to send messages through Messenger and you must follow the 24 hr rule. For groups, you can create a page and a bot and then tell your group to talk to the bot. Then you could message them.
